We support medical practitioners in the achievement of international standards, and assist in the setup of new facilities.

The renting of the equipment by Medirent to the client shall commence on the start date and terminate on the end date as recorded in the relevant rental schedule.

Yes, we do require a deposit.

Medirent will deliver once all the documents has been sorted. Installation will be done and after completion, a certificate will be issued to ensure that installation is fully compliant with the applicable laws.

Upon the completion and signing of a rental schedule in respect of the Equipment, Medirent agrees to rent the said equipment to the client upon the terms and conditions recorded in this agreement and the relevant rental schedule.

The Equipment shall at all times remain the sole and exclusive property of Medirent. Possession of the equipment is merely provided to the client as part of a temporary lease agreement as recorded in this agreement and therefore cannot in any manner be disposed of or sold by the client.
